The Stamic Quartet is an ensemble with a rich legacy dating back to the 1980s. In their Society concert, they will highlight the chamber works of Vítězslav Novák, alongside masterpieces by internationally renowned composers. The programme includes one of Beethoven’s iconic string quartets as well as music by Tchaikovsky—whose work is receiving special focus this season at the Czech Chamber Music Society.
