London — BBC Proms

At the first of two evenings at London’s BBC Proms, the Czech Philharmonic presents core Czech repertoire of which its interpretations are celebrated worldwide. The famous Royal Albert Hall will resound with the music of Dvořák and Suk: the former composer’s Cello Concerto with soloist Anastasia Kobekina will be followed by the latter’s Asrael Symphony. Both pieces will be led by the Czech Philharmonic’s Principal Guest Conductor Jakub Hrůša.
